Since its inception, Great Arrow Management has continuously innovated and implemented new and creative ways to ensure the satisfaction of both tenants and clients. Under the ownership of Barry Fischman, GAM acquired the historic Pierce Arrow Factory complex and quickly set out to revamp the entirety of the property, modernizing the structure from the ground up with the long-term vision of turning it into a self-contained, upscale neighborhood. Upon Barry’s passing, the responsibility of running Great Arrow Management was taken over by his son, Aron Fischman who is the current CEO of the company. He shares in his father’s vision for the business and the properties under management while doing all he can to build on Barry’s legacy.

Currently, the Pierce Arrow property is being developed as a mix-use space continuously filling up with new and exciting businesses, residential developments, office spaces, and even specialized manufacturing. Further plans for development are still being drafted, as the modernization of the site and structure is still underway, with the majority of the effort being focused on the primary factory space and adjacent buildings. The massive space and rugged construction allow for near endless possibilities for development, as it can accommodate nearly any form of enterprise within its walls. Aron has also had anextraordinary amount of help and guidance from his friend and partner Thomas Wall, a property management expert with over three decades of experience. Tom has been with Great Arrow even beforeBarry’s involvement, and has a deep understanding of the company, the mission, and its plans for the future. Together, they have continued to expand and develop Barry’s original goal for Great Arrow Management, not only for the Pierce Arrow Property, but for all those who put their trust in the company.
